Introduction
Lifestyle is a way utilized by human beings, agencies and
countries and is shaped in unique geographical, monetary, political, cultural
and spiritual text. Lifestyle is cited the characteristics of inhabitants of a
location in unique time and place. It includes each day behaviors and functions
of people in job, activities, amusing and eating regimen.
In latest decades, life style as an essential element of
fitness is more interested in researchers. According to WHO, 60% of related
elements to man or woman health and nice of existence are correlated to
lifestyle (1). Millions of people comply with an unhealthy way of life. Hence,
they come across contamination, incapacity and even death. Problems like
metabolic illnesses, joint and skeletal problems, aerobic-vascular diseases,
high blood pressure, obese, violence and so on, may be because of an dangerous
lifestyle. The dating of lifestyle and fitness should be especially considered.
Today, huge modifications have passed off in life of every
person. Malnutrition, unhealthy weight loss program, smoking, alcohol
consuming, drug abuse, pressure and so forth, are the shows of bad life fashion
that they're used as dominant shape of lifestyle. Besides, the lives of
citizens face with new challenges. For example, emerging new technology within
IT such as the internet and digital communique networks, lead our international
to a chief mission that threatens the bodily and mental fitness of individuals.
The assignment is the overuse and misuse of the technology.
Therefore, in step with the present studies, it can be
stated that: life-style has a full-size have an effect on on physical and
mental health of human being. There are special types of such impacts.
Consanguinity in some ethnicity is a dominant shape of existence style that it
results in the genetic disorders. Reformation of this dangerous existence
fashion is a stopping element for decreasing the charge of genetic illnesses
(2). In some intercontinental locations, the overuse of medicine is a prime
unhealthy lifestyles fashion. Iran is one of the 20 international locations
using the maximum medicinal drugs. They decide upon medicinal drug to different
